My original outfit: This was styled around another fine feather headdress by Headmistress. I'm being a free spirit in an indigo dress with beaded embellishments, funky makeup, woven waist belt, eclectic bracelets, zigzag print stockings, and another appearance from the trusty brogue heels.
Reinterpretation: My first revamp for menswear! This look was beckoning for a 70’s hippie revival and is inspired by Andrew Vanwyngarden from MGMT. I haven’t seen anyone else pull off technicolour ponchos, patterned headbands, face and body paint since…well, the 70’s! I channeled the stocking print for a feathered poncho, mixed the bracelets to create a necklace, with embellished indigo bell bottoms, golden flip flops and a tambourine for good measure.
